BASIC ADJUSTABLE FID BENCH
The FID Bench is for a range of free weight exercise and perfect for abdominal exercises.
This bench can be used in the flat position, Incline position, declined position an up to 90 degrees for shoulder work.
It folds completely flat for storage and is very easy to assemble and change the positions for a large variety of exercises.
Please note: this is a basic bench intended for light exercises and general training, not suitable for heavy dumbbell work, or larger users.
*Note: Minor assembly required.
