The VIP SPORTS WRECKING BALL BAG is an AUSTRALIAN-MADE bag that has been manufactured using superior rip-proof materials. The wrecking ball is an excellent bag to use in your boxing training workouts to develop the over (1-2), under (uppercuts), and around punches(hooks). This ball comes filled and is a hefty 32kg in weight. Dimensions are: 60cm high x 210 circumference at the base, which is the widest part of the bag.
