We offer several convenient payment options:

  • MasterCard and Visa Card: No surcharges apply.

  • Pay By Phone: After placing your order, call us at 02 9541 0038, and we will input your card details directly into our EFTPOS machine. We do not retain any record of your card details.

  • Direct Deposit: Once your order is finalized, we will provide you with our Bank Account Number and BSB. Once the funds are transferred, we will promptly ship your item.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery): This option is available for orders delivered by Musclemania employees within the Sydney Metropolitan area. Please note that this service cannot be provided for orders dispatched via external courier/transport companies.

  • Afterpay and Zip Money: We accept these flexible payment options.

Requesting a Price Match: Simply present evidence of a competitor's advertised price for an identical product at the time of purchase. Once we verify your price match request and confirm the competitor's product is in stock and available for immediate purchase using the same payment method, we will match the price or refund the difference to you.

Exclusions:

  • Competitor offers with cash back, bonus, bulk purchase, quantity limits, or packages.
  • Pricing that includes delivery or installation.
  • Offers not accessible to the general public, including trade, special event, club, or membership offers.
  • Clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration, or display products and out-of-stock items.
  • Products shipped or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction, or classified websites.
  • Products directly delivered from overseas distributors.
  • Pricing errors.

What Proof Do I Need for a Price Match? For in-store requests, bring the competitor's current advertisement or website address to our Menai showroom. A staff member may verify the lower price and item availability by contacting the competitor's store or checking their website.

Can I Request an Online Price Match? Yes, we accept online Price Match requests for identical products available for online purchase at the time of the request. Email us your contact details and phone number along with the website address or upload a photo displaying the advertised product offer, including the offer end date and any terms and conditions.

Can I Use 'AfterPay' as My Payment Method? Yes, if the competitor's advertised offer includes an 'AfterPay' payment option, you can choose 'AfterPay' for your payment.
