Shipping & Delivery

"Due to updates from our freight companies regarding workplace health and safety, all items 30kgs and more, now must be sent on a pallet.  This will also require a truck tailgate delivery to your home.  Additional freight charges may apply.  We will advise you of this at time of packing and you can let us know if you wish to proceed with your order.  Thank you."

All bulky items are shipped by road freight. Smaller parcels will be sent by Australia Post. Sydney Metropolitan area will be sent with
Couriers Please or delivery by our staff.  If orders cannot be fulfilled due to the item being out of stock, you will be advised immediately and be given an estimated delivery time and/ or we will suggest a similar substitute item.
Shipping prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. Please note, we do our best to provide a shipping estimate. However, for most accurate shipping price, please contact us. 
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
We are not liable to cover any cost of re-sending goods. In the case of an order being sent back to the sender, we reserve the right to charge the receiver for any costs involved with re-sending any goods. 
Shipping is to Australia only.

We are not liable for goods sent once they have left our premises. All goods are well wrapped and sent in top condition. For damaged or lost items, please refer to the courier company responsible for delivering your goods.
If you are not available to receive the order or the goods are sent back to us, you will be charged a re-delivery fee. Re-delivery fees are charged at the couriers discretion and out of Musclemania Fitness Megastore's control. We are not responsible for any re-direction or re-delivery charges. These costs are solely the responsibility of the receiver. Refunds are not applicable under these circumstances.

"Warranty as per Manufacturer's Statement - 3 months on boxing equipment. Warranty covers manufacturing faults only and not general wear and tear or misuse.
Item is to be returned to the place of purchase and to be returned to Manufacturer for assessment.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept the following forms of payment:
MasterCard and Visa Card- No surcharges apply.
Pay By Phone- You can call us on 02 9541 0038 after logging your order and we will enter your card details directly into our EFTPOS machine-
no record of your card details are kept.
Direct Deposit- Once the order is completed, we will supply you with our Bank Account Number and BSB.  Once the funds are tranfered, we wil ship the item out.
COD payments are accepted by Musclemania employees only, when they deliver in the Sydney Metroploitan area (only).
When your order is sent via external courier/transport companies, we can not offer this service.

We will match genuine advertised prices from local stores and leading online retailers on the same item/brand, new in box.

How do I request a Price Match?

Simply present proof of the competitor’s advertised price for the identical product, either at the time of purchase. Once your price match request is verified and the competitor’s product is confirmed as being in stock and available for immediate sale using the same payment method, we will happily match the price or refund the difference to you.

What are the exclusions?
  • Competitor offers which include cash back, bonus, bulk purchase, quantity limits or packages.
  • Pricing with included delivery or installation.
  • Offers not available to the general public - including trade, special event, club or membership offers.
  • Clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration or display products and out of stock boxes stock.
  • Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction or classified websites.
  • Products delivered directly to customers from an overseas distributor.
  • Pricing errors.


What proof do I present when requesting a Price Match?

For in-store Price Match requests, simply visit our Menai showroom with the competitor’s current advertisement or website address. A staff member may call the competitor’s retail store or check the website to verify the lower price and availability of the item.

Can I request a Price Match on the Musclemania website?

Yes! Our team will review your Price Match request and create an offer for purchase online. Online Price Match requests must be for identical products, available to purchase online at the time of the price match request.

How do I request a Price Match Online?

For online Price Match requests, simply e-mail us your contact details and phone number along with the website address or upload a photo showing the advertised product offer, including the offer end date and any terms and conditions.

Can I use ‘AfterPay’ as my method of payment?

Yes. If the competitor’s advertised offer for the identical product includes an ‘AfterPay’ payment option, you will have the option to pay use ‘AfterPay’.
