Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping times vary based on location, carrier availability, and order volume. In case of high order demand, there may be slight delays, and we appreciate your patience. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or telephone.
Shipping Carrier Selection

Musclemania reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier or courier service based on the best price, availability, and suitability for your delivery location.

We partner with reputable courier services, including Australia Post, Couriers Please, Aramex, Toll, Hunter Express, Allied Express and our in-house delivery team (for select areas).
Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided within 24 hours.

Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment status and communicate directly with the courier for updates. This is the fastest and most effective way for you to get tracking updates.
Delivery Instructions & Safe Drop Policy

By default, all deliveries are set to 'Authority to Leave' (ATL), meaning your parcel will be left in a safe place at your address unless otherwise specified. At the discretion of the courier driver, your parcel may be taken to the closest Collection Point if no one is home to accept your delivery.

Please check the tracking updates or read the notice left by the courier for advice regarding your parcel location ,or re-delivery details.

If you prefer signature on delivery, you must inform us in writing before placing your order. Failure to do so means you accept our default ATL policy.

Once a parcel has been collected from us, by the courier, we hold no liability for loss, theft, or damage occurring after this point. Likewise, once it is marked as 'delivered' by the courier, we again, are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to your parcel.
Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Any re-delivery or redirection fees incurred due to incorrect information will be charged to the customer.

Any additional shipping fees, including remote delivery surcharges, customs duties, or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
Freight Damage, Loss, or Delay

Musclemania is not liable for any damage, loss, or delays once the parcel has left our store and been handed over to the courier.

If your parcel arrives damaged, you must contact the courier directly to initiate a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claims process.

Transit delays are beyond our control, and it is the customer’s responsibility to liaise with the courier regarding tracking updates, re-delivery, or collection.

We do not offer refunds for late deliveries caused by the courier.
Shipping Costs & Large Items

Freight costs are calculated at checkout; however, for bulky goods exceeding 25kg, the quoted shipping fee may not be accurate.

If additional freight charges apply, we will contact you to provide an updated quote and online invoice for the extra amount.

Out-of-Stock Items

In the rare event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly with an estimated restock date or alternative product suggestion.
Shipping Destinations

We only ship within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.
