Tracking Information:

To help you stay updated, a tracking number will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. We advise you to actively monitor the progress of your parcel.

Customer Responsibility:

Please note that any additional fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Freight Damage, Loss, or Delay:

While we take great care in preparing your order, Musclemania is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. Should you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.

Transit Delays:

Once your order has left our store, any delays during transit by the selected courier company fall under their responsibility. If you experience late delivery, it is your responsibility as the receiver to contact the courier regarding tracking, re-delivery, or collection.

Refund Policy:

We do not provide refunds due to late delivery by the courier company.

  • Bulky items are shipped via road freight, while smaller parcels are dispatched using Australia Post.
  • Sydney Metropolitan area orders may be sent with Couriers Please, Aramex, Toll, Hunter Express, or delivered by our staff.
  • In cases where we are unable to fulfill an order due to an item being out of stock, we will promptly inform you, providing an estimated delivery time, or suggesting a suitable substitute item.
