Built with a strong, durable outer shell and reinforced easy-grip handles, this sandbag is designed for high-intensity use in both home and commercial settings. Multiple carry handles positioned on the top, bottom, and both ends allow for a wide variety of training movements including cleans, squats, lunges, presses, drags, carries, and rotational drills.
The bag includes special inner fill bags with secure zip closures, designed to hold sand safely and prevent leakage during dynamic movements. You can adjust the weight by filling the internal bags to suit your training level, making this ideal for progressive overload programs.
