Across the entire weight range, you will find a Pro-Grade Kettlebell is the exact same size as any other in the range. The weight is altered by adding lead ballast to the interior. However, the shell should most definitely be only steel that is painted right through. It’s easy to find cheaper kettlebells that are trying to be as good as Morgan’s. But they are usually cement cast with a steel handle inserted that cracks easily when dropped, so buyers need to beware. We retain as much of a natural surface feel as possible, opting for rough textured industrial paint and not a smooth and slippery coating.
Pro-Grade Kettlebells have been likened to a cannonball with the handle that is best used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training.
