Please note that spare parts are special-order items sourced through our interstate supplier and can take up to 14 business days to process and dispatch, subject to availability.

Some spare parts are manufactured to order, which may require additional processing time. This timeframe does not include courier delivery times.

Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite the supplier's processing times, but we will continue to monitor your order and provide tracking details once available.

If parts need to be sourced from an overseas manufacturer, additional lead times may apply.

Spare Parts Returns & Exchanges

As spare parts are specially ordered to suit individual equipment models, please choose carefully. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for spare parts ordered incorrectly or due to change of mind. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
