PROTEIN - PRO MASS contains a premium, synergistic 5 stage protein blend which provides fast medium and slower digesting protein with a complete and high level of essential and BCAA’s (Branch Chain Amino Acids). CARBOHYDRATES - The sustained 4 stage carbohydrate blend comprises all natural ingredients to provide predominantly complex with a small portion of simple (fast absorbing) carbohydrates. SUGGESTED USE - SHAKER: For convenience add two heaped scoops (100g) of PRO MASS to 400mls of water and shake 20 times for a smooth, creamy shake. BLENDER: Add two heaped scoops (100g) to 400mls of water or milk. You may add any fruits (fresh or frozen), yoghurt, almonds or peanut butter to increase nutritional calorie content. DAILY USE - Use PRO MASS immediately after all intense exercise to support recovery and between meals for weight gain.
