• Ybell was developed as a way to downsize the amount of equipment being used in training sessions. The solution was a hybrid of the kettlebell, dumbbell and medicine ball – The YBELL.
• Can perform many different exercises and movements, allowing trainers to get creative with their workouts to perform a number of different exercises with the minimal amount of gear.
